Documentary on Joe Spinell

One of the most underrated character actors of the 20th Century. Appeared in as many great films as John Cazale...just not with the same P4P quality on his resume. Every film Cazale appeared in was great. Spinell's career was kind of like Mark Kerr's...a long string of winners, and then a long string of movies he shouldn't have been associated with.

His last feature film was made by the director of Deadly Prey. A bit of a different caliber from Scorsese, Friedkin, Demme, Avildsen, Stallone or Coppola, but the guy just loved to act and didn't seem to care too much what he appeared in.

Saw it a while back, seemed like a fascinating guy.

Also its good that you pointed out that Spinell acted in films like Godfather, Taxi Driver and Rocky to The Little Dragons.

Love actors like that. Love they're job and are not afraid to take any role.
