No. It's comfortable to just go socks or barefoot. I usually have socks on and take them off when i go to sleep.

Yeah my place is a mess I got roommates. I don't in my room but I've lived with buddies before and there be spilled beer in hallways from night before or something. You'd have to wear shoes. Plus with all the people over and the fact that us men generally don't clean the floors, you have to.

However i have a pair of shoes i wear around the house and rarely outside.

Sometimes.

I have hardwood/tile everywhere but the bedroom. If I'm going to be cleaning or moving around much I wear shoes cause I'm old and feet hurt. Or if its during the day and i know im goiing to be in and out.
If I'm just chilling on the couch though, not so much.
