Syracuse Balance_will be hosting Marcello Garcia again . Come train with over 3,000 square foot of mats no bumping into people or being crowded.
He will be teaching 3 three hour seminars ( on January 25, 26, 27)

Seminars will be two classes in a row.
first class 6-7:30 with half hour in between for rolling and then
8-9:30
So with rolling that is 3 and half hours per night

one day $60 3 hours instruction
two day $100 6 hours of instruction
three day $120 9 hours of instruction
