Since McGregor's removal from the 200 card?

I was lukewarm about the rematch and it is holding up the FW division but now I want to see that fight. It could be the added narrative around his removal by the UFC. I do like how Nate is detached and playing it cool too.

Could not care any less, the first time I just wanted to see the hype train derailed, no point in seeing it again.

Natedogg got a full camp, no way he loses, fight is ridiculous

He needs to defend his fucking belt or go get smashed into retirement by rda

I wanted to see nate get paid again.

But other than that im perfectly content to not see a rematch just so this shit eats at conors soul for an extended period of time.

i really just want the drama to end. im not talking about the smack talk im talking about the not signing and not showing up. between this drama and all the squash matches this year, 2016 is really when the ufc went through the wwe era

Conor/Nate 2 is by far the most unnecessary rematch the UFC has ever proposed. Zero interest.

I'd rather see the champion defend his belt in the division he is champion.

he should be defending his title couldnt care less about the rematch

If you think about it, Chael Sonnen put us thru a lot of WWE too, smack talking Bisping after a narrow win, talking trash to silva, getting beaten badly in the rematch. Then getting a random fight with Jon Jones that ended in the cancellation of a PPV, possibly the most lopsided championship fight in history, and an entire Tuf season centered around a hype train that dissolved within 6 months (Uriah Hall). and then all 3 fighters suddenly start having legal probs (mainly drug use) after (Chael, Jones, Silva). That was pretty weird if you think about it.

i'm with you on this. I still think it's a retarded rematch...but for whatever reason I want to see it more now. I would've watched it anyways

Feel the same. Would watch it, but don't really care either way. If they fight, they fight.

I'm with you all so far you got what you wanted, what you chose, it didn't work this time move on. Go defend your belt and be the FW Champ, instead of chump posing with a belt.

Less

Before it was a joke with him not defending the belt for 2 consecutive fights while a silly interim title is created just to facilitate that. Now he's off the card entirely while able to fight. Them not doing Conor vs the Edgar/Aldo II winner next would be a farce even moreso if the interim FW champ ends up having to defend that belt because of an injury in the Diaz rematch.

Such a stupid fight. If Conor wins then what? Conor-/Nate 3? If Nate wins then what? proof that a fw champ held up his division for a year for no good reason? The only silver lining is Nate getting another high profile fight after getting noticed

I don't think it's a relevant fight, but I wouldn't mind watching Nate slap the shit out of Conor again.
