I was thinking of getting a vape.

Something to do, while waiting.

Anyone vape?

What's the long or short term effects?

Anytime I see someone vaping I think:

1) gay
2) hipster
3) wants to look cool
4) wants to look cool by smoking but doesn't want the social stigma.
5) gay hipster who can't smoke because their parents would smell it on them and kick them out.

I don't think it necessarily looks as cool as smoking cigs imo during my younger days. Though smoking cigs have taken a huge dive when it comes to that.

It's more like not wanting to feel awkward in a social environment, you go out to vape if the conversations are not going we or just need a break and also it kills time when you are doing nothing. Kind of thing.

It really doesn't that cool to me to be honest.

I hit a vape when I do drugs, maybe 5 times a year

One time I was on kratom, phenibut, and kava and hit my vape multiple times. Ended up throwing up a lot. Kind of permanently turned me off from vaping, so I guess it was a good thing.
Will probably hit the dmt cart or whip it’s instead though

After you throw up from it you realize it’s just an unnecessary poison

I think almost every place I ever worked, all the cooler, funny, and laid back people smoked. I can only think of 1 exception but he was a dark cloud all the time, but lightened up in the smoke shack. Don't vape but will have a cig or 10 during a 12 hour shift but don't smoke at home.

I don't smoke ciggies and am fine with my edibles, so nah.

are you sure it wasnt the whole mixture of other drugs and alcohol that you had which made you throw up???

ive never heard of vaping making someone throw up.

this sounds sus as fuck, or you are lying and did more drugs that made you throw up. or you simply cant handle kratom and phenibut. and you should stop taking them.

I smoked then quit using vaping many years ago. Quit vaping pretty quick stepping down the nicotine.

Vaping was a bit different then, people were wrapping their own coils and using mechanical devices that were basically a metal tube with a connector and a button that just completed a circuit made by a guy or a small group.

There were not many mass produced chip regulated devices of any quality. So I was trusting ohms law with a coil that I wrapped and an 18650 in a metal tube made by some guy in Greece.

I was out before gas stations had 30 varieties or there were any laws around shipping.

I absolutely wouldn't start it or recommend anyone does who isn't addicted to nicotine.

Even then, if not quitting, ON! Or Zyn seems way less harmful to transition off of smoking.

Experiencing nausea and vomiting after consuming nicotine, especially in higher doses, can be a sign of nicotine poisoning or "nic-sick", which can occur with vaping or other nicotine products.

Fairly common when you're stressed out and chain smoking/vaping like crazy.
