Do you think this text is too harsh?

His feelings are hurt when he cheated with your girlfriend?

Throw them off a cliff. What a piece of scum. Seriously.
They tried to get back together & have kids but it lasted 3 days & she came back to me lol & by that point she was already like 3 weeks pregnant by me but she didn't know it yet. When she came back to me I took her back because I knew she was most likely pregnant & she told me she was never leaving me again.

Also 2 years ago, when they were together, he cheated on her & had a kid with someone else. Now she pretends like she loves his kid more than anyone in the world lol Jerry Springer shit

No worries, I'll watch mayidiot over the next 9 months and see how that go

TBH my advice is exactly what a solicitor would give yet I'm nuts. Lol I think you're just another attention seeking idiot and the majority of these sjf's are lining up for your boat.... Good fucking luck with that and remember me in 5 years, as you'll have at least another 13 to go:) good luck clown
I'm 30. I've only had kids this one time when I did it intentionally. And you don't know all the details of this situation, yet you pretend like an expert. Taking the advice you gave, wouldn't get me anywhere.

Admission of guilt? Given the all the details, it's a 99% chance I'm the father. Trust me if I thought I wasn't the father, I would've been gone along time. We are already making decisions on the survival of the babies. It's a very dangerous high risk pregnancy. Obviously I'm going to be incolved in all of that. Also when it comes time for court, I'll look much better having been involved the whole time

This is the last time I reply as I suspect you're just another attention seeking troll.

What details? Who gave them to you? What actual evidence supports you being the father?

Now let's start on admission of guilt
- if it wasn't your child why would you go through all this?
- you are already involved in this high risk" pregnacy. Why if you weren't the father and?
- paternity cases don't fucking care as long as anyone but the state pays, see anyother white knight's screaming "pick me pick me"

We agreed to have kids together & if she wasn't at work, she was at home getting cream pied by me. The estimated conception date is right after we started trying to have kids. Once again I'm most likely the father. And I wish I wasn't, but I most likely am. It benefits me to be involved through the whole process. I'm not signing the birth certificate until the paternity test confirms I'm the father. Paternity tests do confirm who the father is. Guys find out they're not the father all the time. It's not only about the gov not paying for the child.

Christ I fall into it again and am still not getting payed.

I read your bullshit story.

Just because you think youre plowing virgin fertile soil doesn't make it so. You do realise 9 months to the day isn't set in stone(or close to it) . Let alone you already have a complication story line ready and waiting.

Fuck no one is as dumb as you as you've got to be an attention seeking troll.good night

I said conception date you tard not the due date. And I think you are a troll with all your damn questions & pretending like you're some kind of expert.

I never said you were wrong, but I'm certainly gonna fight for 50/50 custody regardless of what anyone says. The truth about her will come out in court & she'll seem very immature. Also I've heard the courts always want whats best for the kids & I believe that's me being the primary parent.

Courts don't actually give a rat's ass about the kids. How do crack whores and meth addicts get to keep their kids if courts care about kids. All judges have mothers and will almost always award custody to the mother. As others have said, LAWYERS LIE. They went to school to learn to lie cheat and steal effectively. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your money. You will end up paying for another lawyer for the children and a third for their mother. You need to make certain they are your children before they are born. Once your name is on the birth certificate, you are responsible for them for the next 18 years whether you are the biological father or not.

Not worth going to prison. They will break up again anyway. They always have been off & on. That won't change now that she has kids by another man. I'm sure right now he's hoping the babies are his.

I was with her at the hospital after her emergency surgery to save the babies. She asked me to leave so her boyfriend could stay with her. I said I want to meet him. She told no he doesn't want to speak to me because his feelings are hurt that he's not the father lol

One of the oldest scams around is to find somebody who has some money to pay child support to have a baby with. Some of these women have children with several different men to support her and her boyfriend's drug habit. They don't really want the kid but they won't get money without custody.

If you don't understand the bias toward mothers just check out the difference between mothers day and fathers day spending. It runs about 2 to 1 in favor of mothers.

Being "at the appointments" implies being in the room. And yes, he can ask to see the results, and then be denied. Lol at talking about patient confidentiality in the same sentence as that.

No, it doesn't. You're just an idiot.

Being at the appointments means being in the building.

Lol @ your sherdog argument

Also lol @Drenalin for liking all of this dumb shit. I've tried to help you and you keep being an arbitrary little shit. I can see why you're in this situation in the first place.

Fathers can get custody easily if they can establish they were the primary caregiver and that they have ability to remain that. The problem is relationships where the father works and the mother doesn't. It's much easier to argue that someone staying at home is going to be a better candidate for primary caregiver. Regardless, as I've mentioned before, I've seen several fathers get custody.

Another thing to consider is if both are yours.

A Vietnamese couple were urged by family to have their twins genetically tested because the looked so different. A hospital mix up was suspected. DNA showed that the wife was the mother of both but they had different fathers.

So, Hutcherson said, it is possible that a woman could have sex with one man on Monday and have sex with a different man on Wednesday — and then when her eggs are released on Thursday, the two men's sperm living inside her could each fertilize an egg.

Exactly.

But nah, @Drenalin is just going to keep arguing with you, believing in what his stupid little friends have heard rather than what people who know what they are talking about. He'll be sorry when EXACTLY what we have been saying happens to him and he's fucked. You'd think with the kids well being on the line he'd put his own stupid opinions to the side and listen to someone but nope.

I'll never understand what drives human beings to get solid advice from people more educated on the subject than them, only to do what they want anyway, going based on what THEY THINK the deal is when people smarter than them are telling them how it ACTUALLY IS.

So I guess everyone in the building is at her appointment. She's going to have hundreds there - lol. Do you realize how pathetic and stupid you sound?

He asked if he could be there.

Answer is yes.

You're a retard.

I assumed being that this was a planned pregnancy & im a capable fit parent, I would get at least 50% custody. She work full time. I work full time too but I'm self employed & I can work my own schedule. I also have family willing to help I unlike her. She'll need daycare.

And I'm not signing the birth certificate until after the paternity test is done.

Given those facts, you'd have a very strong case to get custody. Look up your state laws in regards to custody. In general, the #1 factor is who is the primary caregiver and who has the ability to remain primary caregiver. Where you are going to be fucked is in regards to battling for custody this early when she may be breastfeeding and is on leave from work. She will basically have to be the primary caregiver if she is breastfeeding.

She works full time & she still lives paycheck to paycheck. She also work nights. I work full time too but I'm self employed & I can work my own schedule. I'll be able to spend more time with kids, given my flexible schedule. She'll need day care. She also won't be able to afford her own place once the babies arrive. She'll have to move in with her boyfriend, even though I doubt that matters.

I planned on letting her have full custody until her paternity leave is up. She also doesn't think she'll be able to breastfeed.

Yep that's my plan. Any idea how long it takes to get the results back?

Depending on the hospital, the results can be back in hours or a day or so. I still think you should get a paternity test before the birth if she wants your support at all. You need to tell her that her actions have caused you to not trust anything she tells you.
