well I wouldn't technically be disrupting anything. I wouldn't bring drama into the appt. We have important discussions st the appt because one baby might die

It's up the patient if she wants you there. A husband doesn't even have the right to be in the room with his wife without her consent. A spouse can't access their spouse's medical records without full consent on record. Look it up. If she doesn't want you there and expresses that to staff, you are gone.

Good to know. I wasn't planning on going. I do want her to consent to a prenatal paternity test though. They already have a sample for her that can be tested, she just has to agree to it

The privacy demands on the medical industry is ridiculous at this point. I'm not saying it's fair, but look at it from a risk (worst case scenario) standpoint. She says she wants you gone. You say you are the father, but you don't even know that yourself without a paternity test. She demands you leave and they let you stay. She becomes agitated and it causes problems. Later, you find out you aren't the father. An attorney would have a field day with that.

Ahh it's normal around here in the Mayberry. Sad part is one baby is expected to die any day now. One baby weighs 2 lbs 12 oz & the other baby only weighs 14 oz

I'm pretty damn sure I'll get 50/50 custody, but it's going to take lawyer. Also if I get 50/50 custody I'll have to work less so I might even try to get child support money from her.

Trust me, you WILL NOT get anything more than every other weekend and 1 holiday per year.

The only time when fathers get more than that is when they get sole custody from the mother being an endangerment to the child, or the mother isn't a cunt and gifts the father extra time.

This skank is clearly not going to give you anything.

I know all of this from personal experience.
