Do you think this guy went too far for telling him he stinks?

Joey swole will make a video on this I'm sure lol.

But yeah the dude was being a huge jerk. Felt bad for the guy because he looked pretty hurt at the end.

At my work we used to have a guy (white dude) that stunk to the high heavens. Worse is we would send him on deliveries so he was around customers, including sick people getting prescription meds. We started getting complaints. My HR manager had to deal with it. Now don't get me wrong she was an absolute female dog and a terrible HR person but she had the decency to pull the guy outside and tell him.

This is a stereotype of Indian people and in this case there is a reason for it. I work dealing with the public and the worst smelling people are Indian. By far
Do they smell like really bad BO or do they smell really strongly like cumin?

Telling someone he/she stinks is not as bad as recording it and posting it for the whole world to see. The latter IS going too far.

P.s. I've met some indians who literally smelled like shit. True story.

My opinion, you are at a fucking public gym. If you don't like smelling other peoples BO, turn your fucking basement into your own personal gym. I love having my own gym equipment in my house, i make my own times to work out. Don't have to deal with assholes who never work hard enough to break out a real sweat. If the did, they wouldn't be harassing someone who knows how to get a good workout. I would have slapped that MF'r in his face.

I was in a public gym this past week and funnily enough there was an Indian dude who smelled bad

That days old sweat smell, not the sweat from that days workout, but like that proper pungent old old sweat smell. There's a difference and that days old sweat smell is noxious

I didn't record him and put him on the internet. Fortunately he mostly stuck to machines and I predominantly use free weights

I'm fine with people being dicks to stinky people. They annoy everyone around them constantly, they broke the social contract, but most people won't confront them because they don't want to sour the vibe or have the person go ballistic. They want to be nice, basically. However at some point someone has to take one for the team and say it, make them feel embarrassed so they improve. The person who says it will pretty much always be cast as the bad guy - look at this thread - and sometimes they ARE the bad guy because they don't care about being nice, i.e. they're assholes, but in the larger scheme of things they're doing the public a service. Imagine a world where 100% of people were afraid of saying anything that might offend someone. Game over for society at that point.

this clip ruined my day, to see his heart get crushed like that is just sickening to see, you usually don't get to see something like this
That Indian bro is wearing a The Rock shirt. He is just a skinny dude trying to workout a little. It's really foul to mess up his day when the gym is empty like that.

and in the comments of that twitter post you see people defending the recorder and being racist, really sad how there is no empathy anymore, I don't think there ever was a lot of empathy but it seems even worse now with how social media rots peoples brains
