At my work gym a guy was in changing rooms before work out. He already stank. (White guy btw) He then went and worked out obviously got sweatier and then stank even worse back in changing rooms. I thought thank God for that at least he will take a shower now.

I deal with this all the time at the gym. I just try to deal with it and bitch to sherbros about it. I don't think I will talk to them. It's fucked up because it's not something they can help. Most of the time it is the food they eat. At my old gym there was a retired 80s rock and roll dude who smelled like piss and ciggies. It's bad when the smell lingers in the elevator. I smell it when he isn't even there. I think the worst offenders are some dudes who show up after work. They been sweating all day and they legit smell like unwashed butt. It's the smell of ass and it gets worse if they bend down around you. I don't think it is cool to be go up to them and ask them to do a courtesy wipe.

I am not above smelling bad either. Sometimes I forget my knee sleeves in my car overnight and I have to use them a few days later. I probably smell like a used condom when I am squatting. I don't really notice it because I am so used to the boxing gym smell. That type of low level funk doesn't bother me. I just hide in the corner and hope nobody approaches me.
