Do you shave your armpits?

Shaving your pits help cut down on sweat and smell. Nothing wrong with it.

I wetshave my armpits, against the grain.

I shave mine with a Japanese feather straight razor. With the grain.

I started when I had a guy trap my armpit hair to the ground with his knee when rolling in BJJ. It's faster to shave than trim so that's what I do. Only have to do it about once a month or so and when it gets out to over an inch it gets cropped again.

I think it does help with odour as well, and it only itches for a few hours the next day.

I dont but I grapple and train with a shirt or rashgaurd. But I once was grappling with this guy wearing a vest and got a mouthful of sweaty armpit hair literally coating my face with dripping sweat - if the guy was actually any good at grappling I would not really have complained but for the love of god, my mouth had the taste of salt for the rest of the session and hair from his armpit was stuck on my face.... he needed to shave his armpits or wear a rash guard. I stopped grappling with him after that becuase of his sweaty armpit smear technique and actually stopped there and then and chastised him for it

EDIT: I'm not really sure what you're talking about to be honest, now that I've gone back and read it. Idk if you misunderstood any of my posts but I'm a girl...and I shave...everywhere. Obsessively. I just think it's kind of weird if a guy does. But hey, I'm open to weird stuff, goodness knows. That's all. ^_^

I shave my legs when cycling season is in full swing and I'm riding a bunch. But I dont't be doing that again, I think. the GF at the time loved it.
