I don't know how anyone can still be a fan of this dude. I was a big fan for a lot longer than I should have been considering how many times he fucks up.

Fool me once, shame of you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me like, 6 fucking times, you're Jon Jones, the GOAT of shaming his fans.

I'm done.

Just curious, when did you stop being a fan of Jones. Which particular incident was the final straw for you?

No.

Don't see why anybody would be a fan of him as a person. He's a piece of shit.

Before some idiot starts the "this is fighting not role model championships, snowflake" shit, those same people are the ones that cry about a fighter being pro Trump so can it.

Being an unrepentant criminal and cheater is actually bad. Not being a leftist isn't.

Yes

Bones is and has been muh "favorite" fighter (cept when he ditched out fer a few years then it was DC) but I watch and like so many in the MMA game it's not really consequential.

I dislike very few fighters and generally it's because I don't like to look at them. Same with some actors... Dustin Hoffman is good in many films but looking at him is
irritating for some reason. Other tertiary factors outside the fight itself hold basically no merit to me...

Would you hang out with him ? If he asked
Honestly? probably yes.
He IS different than others, that's for sure. And it would be an amazing treat to listen to what and how he sees the world.

But that's my curiosity on someone who is one of the best in the game, not exactly saying anything about the human being called Jon.

We all fuck up. Royally. All the time.
He does it too, but in front of the cameras.

I can't judge him, the same way he does not know anything about me.
We are all flawed people, and I don't consider myself better or worse than anyone.

So yeah, there are many other fighters I would also love to hear them. But other than those I know who they are outside the Octagon, I wouldn't/couldn't judge anyone else.

I hate saying this, because its probably one of his smaller offences in his wrap sheet, but it was when he was stripped for popping the test after Jones vs DC 2. Dude messed up many times before, and I was kind of done giving him the benefit of the doubt and defending him at that point, but it felt like he might have been turning a corner so I gave him one last shot. Was happy to see him beat DC. But then to see him stripped and DC handed his title back, yeah... that was it. And the dude really hasn't gotten any better.

I'm not holding my breath for the day we see him lose, but I imagine if that day does come, his fall will be worse than Ronda's.

He’s the best MMA fighter to ever grace a cage.

Outside the cage he is all over the place
And inside the cage I don’t like some of his fight tactics over the years, pokes and knee kicks
But he is always in good fights
I guess I am indifferent

When it comes to mma, I don’t. He’s immensely talented but a compulsive cheater and a dirty fighter as well. Also, I want him to lose but he breaks my heart every time.

Would I hang out with him in vegas? Absolutely! top grade hookers, drugs and booze. Would I let him date my (imaginary) daughter? LOL… what do you think?

I find him frustrating. He should be the undisputed #1, but it's impossible to know whether he'd have been as dominant as he is without PED's.

I don't know him as a person, so I can't pass judgement on him in that regard. All I can say is that I'd hate to think what people would think of me if all my mistakes were publicised.

Professionally, he's MMA's Lance Armstrong. Take from that what you will.

I liked him back when there was still hope that he would be a great rep of the sport like GSP; he was one of my favorites then. When that turned out to be fake, I never liked him anymore. His antics before the first DC fight really turned me off to him, and all of the other shit he did put me squarely on the other side.

He can obviously just be appreciated as a fighter.

You’ll be shocked by I voted yes! I do like him as a fighter. He’s one of the best. I’ve enjoyed watching him from the beginning aside from all the villainous stuff. I’m pissed that he doesn’t want to fight the best HW’s though. I think it would have silenced any and all critics forever.

I like to watch him fight, couldn't care less about his outside drama (I also don't watch TMZ).
