Do you have a thousand dollar car payment?

Cars paid off but it's also 15 years old, runs fine though.

I don't need it for work so I only use it maybe every other weekend usually just for visiting friends or relatives.

All cars are paid off.

Is the clear coat peeling on one of them yes. But no car payment.

$600 or $700 car payment is way too much let alone $1000.

You couldn't afford that shit as a construction worker, Sherlock.

It's like saying I have a $1300 a month car payment on a truck, and I'm not a toilet woman.

I will take a wild stab and claim "toilet woman" would make a lot of money on OF..
Sounds freaky

I guess it depends how she's cleaning those clogs. Could be very popular in perverted germany.

I priced a new truck last year just for comparisons.

Hahaha no.

Then I priced a used truck just for comparisons.

Hahaha no.

Then I drove my 15 old truck again. And the oil pressure started dropping randomly.

Hahaha....

<DCrying>

....no....

Haha, not everyone in construction is a laborer making minimum wage.
If you work for yourself and can’t afford a truck for work, then you suck.
I am in construction, and can easily afford that payment, on top of all my other bills and I’m not even the owner.

I paid £125 for five years, but I've had that car for about eight.

Only practical use I can think of for a car so expensive, is for image in a job where image counts.

Or stupidity.

No payments at the moment. Paid cash for my tundra and the tacoma is paid off. No plans to buy anything else. My commuter is a camry with 230k miles. Hoping to push that to 350k then buy another used camry.

Good for you. I worked construction for a couple of years while studying. Everyone was piss-poor and at least on the brink to alcoholism.
Maybe it's different in the US but i never met a brick layer that could've afforded 1300 bucks a month for car rates.
If you aren't a contractor with your own firm you'll never be able to afford that here.

You will get 1300-1600 in germany working as a construction helper in montage/ demontage and roughly 2k as a brick layer after taxes.

And if you are self employed carpenter for instance you'll be crushed by minimum wage firms who offer the same work in shitty manner for a third of your price.

It spit the rods out of the block on the highway, in the middle of the night, on top of a mountain in Tennessee, 600 miles from my house, while towing a trailer, 200 miles away from the track I needed to be at in the morning.
Now I'm curious. Track? What do you race? And what kind of truck and did they warranty?
Man sorry that happened
