Do you consider Cruz a talent on the same level as GSP and Jones?

Rewatched the Dillashaw fight last night. Still think it's one of the greatest performances in MMA history.

Dillashaw is clearly an elite level fighter. The beatdowns he put on multi-defence champion Renan Barao were a thing of beauty.

And Cruz not only outslicked him, but landed some blistering combinations, and scored successful takedowns on a guy who'd never been taken down before (is that correct? I'm sure I remember that being said about Dillashaw at the time, but havent verified it. Still, a great wrestler anyway).

Do you think Cruz has the ability to become a long-time, supremely dominant and brilliant champ like GSP and Jones? Or is he not quite on that level in terms of skills and abilities?

Even Jones is not on the same, talent level as gsp. You ask if Cruz is...Fuck No!

He has 6-0 in the UFC and 1 title defend
My answer is NO

Gsp isn't close to being on the same level as Jones as a fighting package, and Cruz doesn't look nearly as dominant as the other two really. I dunno

I have no salt at all, but to compare cruz to gsp is not even debatable. Jones is talented, but not on GSPs level.

Because he whipped your boy??

Let's leave saltiness out of it please.
Cruz beat mighty mouse when it was the first time ever that might mouse was a full time job..before that he had a real job that took his attn.

He has been a fulltime fighter for the last couple of years..the fight will be different now.

Cruz is his own animal. And i love to watch him feed.

I would like him to defend a bit more, but it points to that.

Those were all victories, oui? Just because they weren't finishes doesn't mean dominance, so cool post man :)
Why did you post a gif of Mizugaki then? This a more accurate representation of "watching Cruz feed."
