ya, i know, we weren't there, so, we can always say he's lying. overall, i'd say whatever the case, true or fiction, millions and millions claim to have seen or dealt with ghosts. I never have but lots of folks i met have and there are always the stories you get fifth hand or whatever.

I had a friend who was in the hospital and supposedly a shadow had followed him home after he was released from the hospital.

My dad is an alcoholic and said he saw a shadow run away at night but I think that house was haunted hahahaa

Well, a place like a hospital would certainly be a haunt if there ever was one, that is where people leave the earth after all.

Basically it was one of those "lady in white" ghosts that my cousin and I saw at the other end of a dining room we were crossing through in the middle of the night. She was just standing in the doorway, I looked over at her, and just kept going.

That was the only one I saw, but I've had tons of other non-visual encounters in the house

Not sure about ghost but I believe demons exist and that people confuses that with ghosts and I'm not very religious and usually skeptical. Cause I have seen a demon once and it was very ghostly like. Old, pale lady type standing right in front of me at my room. She tried to posses me and I had.to knock her the fuck out

I don't "believe in ghosts" in the traditional sense, but I do believe that the true nature of reality is well beyond our current understanding. Our consciousness existing beyond death in some mostly unperceivable by us dimension is entirely possible imo.

They used real skeleton remains in the movie Poltergeist those aren’t props , afterwards a few fell very sick and some died afterwards , the Indian in the movie was a real Shaman and I believe was actually targeted by entities in that movie he died as well . There was a photograph taking during the film on set it showed something strange like a figure lurking I saw it awhile back .

The movie 1980”s The Entity is based on a true story though they admitted they kind of exaggerated fir the movies as most do .

Yeah. It happened about 5 years ago. I woke up and went to the bathroom and when I came back there she was in the corner of the room. We stared at each other for a few seconds and she started to walk to me and approached her face towards mine like she was trying to kiss me. So I put my hand on her face to push her away and she became aggressive and kept trying to come closer as in trying to posses me.

I had to use all my might to push her back and get some distance and then she disappeared

All right, when I was 14 I went to spend a week in the summer at my cousin's house. They lived in an old west/mining town in the Sierra Foothills on the way to Reno. They were renting a ranch type house and swore it was haunted. Said they'd seen someone looking over the staircase and saw a figure in the dust on the unpaved driveway. One night that week, I woke up as the sun was coming up and I saw someone standing in the hallway looking into the room where my grandmother and my 5 year old cousin were sleeping. It was a man covered in dark blue light like you'd see on those Unsolved Mysteries recreations. He looked to be in a button up shirt and jeans and there was nothing below his knees. I couldn't believe my eyes so I closed them and tried to wake myself up but he was still there (I wasn't dreaming). Then I rubbed my eyes really hard but he was still there. Then as I was looking at him he was just gone. I didn't feel any fear for some odd reason.

Other story I can't explain, my girlfriend was really into those Ghost hunting shows. One weekend we were thinking of something to do and decided to go check out Wyatt Earp's grave since I love westerns. So we drive out to this massive cemetery on the outskirts of San Francisco. It's early in the evening and nobody is there except some landscapers way off in the distance. My girlfriend had her voice recorder since she was into Ghost hunting stuff. We check out Wyatt Earp's grave then wander around a little, looking at some cool headstones. Meanwhile she has her recorder on and is asking questions. We head home and we listen back to the recording as we're driving back. At one point she asks if anyone wants to talk to us, and you can clearly hear a woman's voice say Yes. My girlfriend was the only female in that cemetery as far as the eye can see and she didn't say it so I have no idea what did.

Oh and my uncle's house was haunted when I was a kid. For whatever reason I never wanted to be alone in that house, I'd get scared. I was around 8 maybe. My aunt and uncle would find their 4 year old daughter sitting on her bed talking to someone who wasn't there. One night I remember playing with toys behind the couch and my uncle and grandpa were on the couch watching tv and they freaked out because they saw a person's shadow go past the tv. I also remember one time mid day, just my uncle and I were there and we left to get food and when we got back the blinds were all open and the stools in the kitchen were moved. Nobody had been in the house since we left and returned. Finally my aunt did some research and found out an old man used to live there and his grandson drowned in the backyard above ground pool. The pool wasn't there when they moved in. So they came to the conclusion that the ghost was the old man talking to my little cousin like it was his grandkid.

I've had a few other experiences at supposedly very haunted places but those I can think of a rational answer for what it was.

Anyway it was late after 12 and me and my brother were at the bar it was crowded and Smokey he had a cigarette in his mouth and we were joking about how certain individuals probably don’t want us there looking at us ( joking about ghosts as it was said to be haunted ) and about a minute or so afterwards that cigarette came out of his mouth and stood in the air in front of his face for a split second by itself and completely went the other direction sideways and dropped to the floor .

We just both looked at each other and said did you see that we were both like yea we saw the same thing . Cigarettes just don’t stay in mid air then go sides ways as if someone flung it . Lol

did you leave or hang around the ghost?

I had an old indian friend who i wanted to visit another Indian's bar(where I worked) to tell me what he felt about the Indian(I suspected him of lying about being indian, he wasn't, he spoke more of our language than I do), he liked the guy ok but he said he felt an evil presence there, the bar owner also insisted the place was haunted and tried to run him out with various stunts. Long story short, the Indian bar owner was just a common conman and I didn't get along with him in terms as Indian-Indian way of doing business , i told my old Indian friend after I left the job and he said then, he sensed evil, "well why didn't you tell me!"
