If one guy beat another guy in an MMA match (clear win, not debatable), would he also win against that fighter in a street fight? I know street fights are different with no cage and time limit, but what’s the probability the result is the same?

I think it depends on a lot of factors -- where are they fighting? Are there walls and stuff or is it an open field? Getting taken down on a hard surface could end a fight instantly, potentially, as opposed to being taken down on grass or dirt. Also, there are no convenient stand ups due to inactivity or the end of a round. Groin strikes, headbutts, knees/kicks to a downed opponent, shots to the back of the head, etc. are not condemned if there are no refs.

Mostly the results would be the same but even in the context of an MMA fight, if the same two fighters fight then the results are not always the same. The absence of round breaks is the biggest difference, if a guy mounts you in a street fight then you are probably done - there's no end of round to save you.

There are a bunch more factors in a street fight. Terrain, no rules, setting, booze, 1 v 1?, are both ready?

Imagine if Daniel Cormier dumped Hendo on concrete.

I would still favor the better MMA fighter in a street fight as well. Colby would likely take masvidal down, pull his pretty ponytail, and headbutt until he killed Jorge. The fake Scareface shit is cool and all, but no.

Apparently boxers, who only know how to use their fists, are the worlds greatest street fighters.

The greatest street fighter in the world would be the real baddest man on the planet, objectively speaking. Definitely not coming from boxing.

I thought boxers would beat MMA fighter on the streets though? Because magically on the streets they know how to fight in 100 different ways instead of, you know, one?

But are weapons allowed?, since its a street fight

you do understand that there are no rules in a street fight, right? You do understand that the average sherbro could take on, Fedor, GSP, and Conor all at the same time with an Uzi and win?
