Is it healthy for fighter diet I do mma, taekwondo, jiu jitsu, and wrestling

How meticulous in your diet are you trying to be, and what is your current level of fitness?

Without knowing this, it's difficult to tell specifically.
But FWIW...a national champion/high international level competitive wrestler in my neighborhood that i went to university with has on several occasions bought Delissio pizza with 4L of grape drank, a pack of cigarettes and two candy bars, of which he began drinking and eating on his way out of the door of a corner store i worked part time at.

Holy run on batman.

I remember King Mo saying he would eat McDonald's the night before a fight.

Lean Cuisine is what I feed to my dog when he poops inside as a punishment.

i eat them when im in a hotel its easy for cutting cause its only like 300 cals per meal but not alot of food or quality nutrition i wouldnt eat frozen meals daily maybe 1 day a week or so

I know Muhgregor, GSP, Anderson, and Bones personally. They each eat Lean Cuisine several times a week, so I'd say it's a good choice.
