Red Hot Chili Peppers - Death of a Martian
Martian was Flea's dog, so the song is a bit somber, but Keidis penned this weird ass poem to end the song on, and as par for the course with his writings, it's all over the fuckin place, so it always gave me a chuckle on how sprawling it is

I only liked the first album or so from them lol.

Makes sense as Keidis is a beautiful strange bird himself lol

You know, I am no Burroughs and you can read the books, they're on audiotape most of them now, there's a 13 year old girl (I don't know how old she's a fucking kid) Junky is a small book you can clean your shithole in an after, ...or you can clean your shitbox to a 13 year old girl reading Junkie with 26 followers, There's worlds to be dissected and woke, is it completely impossible to crack up over looking for a banned novel and there's a kid. Life is good. This kid doesn't need a go fund me, she's just a beautiful spark. I have kids, they love me, they don't read Burroughs , ....but this goes back to our friendship thing and not needed help. I'm sharing here, my oldest girl is not so old, but she moved away and grew up and she knew it hurt me. One day I got a phone call and there was no one there there was just a shitty guitar playing this song:

Hey, this is one thread, 14 pages in a fight forum, there's no character I lock into, there was a post I couldn't get to along the lines of I'd love to see this guy in his social situations. I'm pretty sure anyone who's been (friend of mine) can fall well asleep picturing me in situations. I have another daughter she just sent a picture in a Ramones shirt. Hahaha. That right?

You have character, you're not a character...unless of course we're living in a movie or play.
Maybe we are, but that doesn't mean we're not good enough for the place we are.

He really is. Beautiful songs some times, but man he goes out of his way to make shit weird. Nice slow song called Porcelain that I always felt like doing cuz it really translates well to an acoustic format, but I'd rather not risk the reaction to the line "Do you smell like a girl when you smile?" If it wasn't for that line, I wouldn't be as put off by "Do you carry the moon in your womb?" later in the song.

Got some real creepy, uterine-curious, women-sniffing imagery there

Reaction to that line from who though?

thank you for caring there were these great conversations just before we flipped servers. It's why join date and Jeff and Crippler and 8th Degree Savage, Fat Bobby, there's a couple handfuls I was ticking and tagging off, I had two or three days to this whole website, there's no mods in that situation. I promise you, I promise you as you would do, we were a unit trying to save history and great conversations. This is off topic. There was a day before there was an Off Topic, people came here maybe to check news. But Sherdog off topic was the equivalent of the internet. xThe world's a wrold but Sherdog OT was the greatest place in the whirld a moment in time. This thread is one of a million, ...but not in a long time. This was a sweat lodge, thank you.

No pets. Not that they aren't allowed, I just keep killing them
I'm calling the police

I read, I'm a movie buff, I play Fallout,
What, like the original 2? You strike me as the type, which would be cool, but I also know the shooters are pretty iconic

I do appreciate the concern. I'm doing things behind the scenes to maybe live a little longer all but two of my heroes are dead, me sitting in front of a pyschiatrist getting recalibrated was a one time thing for both of us. You don't get to giggle with a prior and then just shake hands. What I pretend to do here is a therapy. And I make people laugh.
dont think I don't care or appreciate the concern. I'm a comedian, and I'm a shit poet in the heart, this was never gonna end well. How would you fix me, 90% of my personality is that you know know I'm not gonna be hear long. I've outlived so many better people. I still have some dreams, but the greying of the pubes, there's no poetry for that.
I mean, I'd like you to be here longer, regardless of how long you think you have. This is the whole point of what we do, is surviving.

Thank you brother.

yeah fuck the other shit tell me about the band, I was in a band, tell me why, did you do any original shit?
We never got our legs much off the ground, since we had a lot of changes through the 'beginning years.' The local scene is mostly old fogeys doin classic rock covers, so it was "original enough" doing any sort of alternative or progressive rock. Fuck, it took me years just to be comfortable with being the singer, then the front man, so I struggled with the confidence of putting anything out there that I had written. I'd been on stage for a few poems as a youngin, but not enough that the effort to cut myself open in the spotlight for a crowd to see became a regular enough feeling that I could do it in a medium I was much more self-conscious about in music

Did people tune in just to think Jackie Gleason might need to lose some weight or sober up, I appreciate the love but me becoming picked apart and saved from being a clown. Clowns are clowns, they get to kill themselves when they determine they are now funny, We decide together what works, but just because there's a tick in the clock, man self consciousness is the death of art, I know I'm a guy and play a roll. I don't know what I want and I love us talking in the open but a like or pm means a lot, I don't have time to get with everything, you know I try. There's a play to be had in the game between us. I love you people, you are my friends, but we gotta stay alive.

I need you to know me, you see what I did there? for the real sweet thinkers I don't have a day off, I do what you think, every minute
But that would have been Jackie Gleason losing weight more than Ralph Kramden. We came to watch Ralph, yeah, but that was to pick him apart because Ralph wasn't real. The thing is Ralph was an asshole, but we enjoyed the fiction. If Ralph was suffering, that's hilarity, but no one wanted Jackie to suffer too by proxy.

I'm sure there were people out there that just couldn't get behind the character Ralph Kramden, cuz not everything's for everyone. But I still want to get to know Jackie, ya know?

Are you going to be around this afternoon for the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight Meat?
With Jack on the undercard, I gotta try to make this
