Do Bacon and Lox Really have 0 carbs

    If you look at the ingredients of Bacon and Lox, the packages clearly state that they were cured with sugar, however the labels reports 0 carbs.

    How is that possible?

    maybe they used splenda?

    0 carbs is actually a reference to a "unit" of carbs. I'm not sure what that unit is, but 0 carbs does not mean no carbs at all, just a trivial amount.

    Do you mean calories instead of carbs? Carbs are stuff like sugar, stach, and cellulose. You mentioned types of meat.
