Dana said that they're working on something special for Mighty Mouse since he's completely cleaned out the FLW div.

I'm thinking that a rematch with Dom would be kind of awesome--and definitely a serious p4p kind of test.

Who takes the rematch?
 
I'd have to go with Dom, but I'd be willing to bet that it's a much closer fight than last time.

I wouldn't mind seeing DJ vs Dillashaw, either.

The problem with that rematch is that it puts the 135 pound division, which is a lot more popular and competitive, on hold. Cruz has two wins against DJ. Now if Faber can somehow beat Cruz, then maybe. Then again, Faber beating Cruz would set up a very marketable fight between Faber and TJ. If Cruz does beat Faber, then maybe. I just see the 135lb division is competitive enough.
 
Cruz UD. DJ is good at fighting guys under 5'4

Cruz only has 1 win against mighty mouse, it's benavidez that he has 2 against.

DJ and DOM have only fought once.

Faber will never beat Dom.

Im not sure you even know what your talking about.
 
MM. There's very little doubt in my mind ( 90% confident ).

Cruz could of course win. But I don't think he will if they rematch.

yeah, dillashaw was close, so he isn't far off from another fight. Assuncao should be coming back soon and he was on the verge of a title shot before, then you have fighters like Sterling upcoming. This isn't really the right time for mighty mouse to get another shot

I think a rematch is 50/50...it's not like Randy beat Chuck or Arlovski beat Tim or Gonzaga beat Mirko in their rematches...sometimes the guy who won first doesn't win the rematch.

This happens when guys make adjustments...I think Cruz is great, but his style is stagnant.

I think they learned from that loss and will game plan differently... that's why they actually fight rematches. Heck, what happens if Cruz shoots and catches a knee in the face? What if MM is stronger now than then? There is enough to doubt here that I want to see this match again.
 
Just pay DJ a nice big bonus to fight Cruz while the Flyweights and Bantamweights jostle for supremacy in their divisions.
 
MM by actually being able to hit people and not just dance around.
