RSI - Relative Strength Score

Thought I do something fun and try to grade each division based on subjective personal evaluation of fighter's abilities (things like heart, skillset, stamina, experience, age, current form, strengh of schedule etc). This is sort of a way to compare divisional strength based on overall quality of top 10 fighters. Should generate a good discussion. You guys can put down your own scores and we can compare and see if we are close to our grading scales. I'm going to start with top 2 divisions, and then we can create threads for the rest if there is interest.
10/10 would be a perfect fighter at the top of his form/prime. Post your own scores and let's compare

By my personal subjective opinion, since he mostly strikes and his striking is worse than Pereira's and the fact that his current form is below Pereira's (on a losing streak), puts him 10% below Pereira....Something like that in my head.

I would do things different :

HEAVYWEIGHT
1 JON JONES - S tier = elite with one big BUT - he is big unknown at the moment. Last few fights at LHW he performed underwhelming. He is past his prime or maybe was off juice. He won the belt because Ciryl had off night performance which is like fighting washed fighter (at his worst state). I wouldn't say that Jones is Gane's worst match up because if he was at his peak by the time they fought he could be just like Reyes. And Gane doesn't have that bad of ground game. People are overreacting.
2 Tom Aspinall - S tier = elite
3 Ciryl Gane - S tier = elite.
4 Alexander Volkov - A tier = very good
5 Sergei Pavlovich - A tier = very good. I thought that he belonged to elites (and he still can) but after KO loss he looked bad against Volkov. Maybe it was off night due to fighting another Russian or something else.
6 Curtis Blaydes - S- tier = elite but not as elite as others elites LOL
7 Stipe Miocic - unknown. I feel like he is washed. Prime Stipe schooled pre-prime Ngannou. Prime Ngannou fought and defeated past-prime Miocic.
8 Jailton Almeida - A level - very good but not elite.
9 Marcin Tybura - B+ level - good
10 Serghei Spivac - B level - just good

2 Jiří Procházka S tier - elite
3 Magomed Ankalaev S tier elite but unproven. He just fights low levels like Smith or Walker. Against Jan he looked beatable.
4 Jamahal Hill A level - very good but not elite. Status as a champion was a fluke - fought Glover who was in really bad state. If he fought Teixiera from Jiri fight - he would be steamrolled just like oddsmakers were thinking at that time.
5 Jan Błachowicz S tier - elite. Still elite despite age. Draw with Ank and 'lost' really close fight against Alex who KO everyone besides Jan.
6 Aleksandar Rakić - A tier - very good but not elite
7 Nikita Krylov - B+ tier
8 Volkan Oezdemir - B+ tier
9 Khalil Rountree Jr. - B tier Khalil has gone long way since his debut. He evolved.
10 Johnny Walker - B tier. Our favorite glass canon.
