I wonder what the long term effects of weight cutting are... it cant be healthy. I can understand 5-10 pounds but some of these dudes and females go overboard with it.

I've always heard rapid weight loss and gain can be bad for your heart. But this were more in relation to over weight people trying to lose weight though.
