Kellen Moore's offense has a lot of play action calls and he's an adaptable football mind. Its a good fit, especially if Carr helps him. That's just surface level analysis, he throws a great ball outside which in the NFL is a higher % throw, so when utilizing play action they can scheme out in the inside. Philly did that a lot. Using RPO's they'll open Olave in the middle, if he's not cooked, that could be massive gains like Michael Thomas.

Possible, but I think they're better equipped than the Giants, Jets, and Browns.

I am pretty good with my QB assessments, I don't always hit, but I generally have a good feel for what translates and recognizing supporting casts and coaching. I don't know why he would be a bust outside of being put in a bad situation.
