Thats a steep ask. Off the top of my head, Adams going to the Raiders was for round 1 pick 22 and round 2 pick 53. Tae was about 1 year older than what Brown would be if this were to happen.

You would not be able to move into the top 4 picks for a late first and second.

Eagles would have to cough up more than that imo
i just don’t think they’re actually interested in moving off Carter when their 2 biggest needs are tackle and edge after signing diggs. I’m sure they’ll throw a rd 3-5 on a WR, but, if they get a chance at Carter they are taking that shit and laughing all the way to the bank.

There’s no way he should be there. He’s, in my opinion, the very best player in this draft. And it’s a position this teams struggled with post Judon. If this team has baramore up front, guys like white and Carter rushing. That tackle machine lb they signed from the raiders. The vet cb they added next to gonzo….thats a hard defense to deal with man, they’d be legit. You plug that hole and this teams defense is going to be very strong.

I don’t think adding a 28 year old receiver to this team makes it better than Carter would.

There is no chance in hell Id take AJ Brown over Carter. I doubt they will either.

Are they throwing in Jalen, too? Why would the Patriots even entertain that? LMAO.
Yeah the Pats aren’t a wr away from a superbowl run. They can just trade up a few spots for hunter for a lot cheaper of a player, or just stay at 4 or trade back for Tet if they want a wr early. But they should probably just keep building up the offensive line.

Shitty spot for my Jerts at #7.
I'd take Membou, if he makes it there or trade down.
I just hope they stay far away from any QB until the 3rd/4th rd.

Jihaad Campbell would be a good cornerstone for Glenn to start with. #7 will get a good player. Love me some Membou.

I don’t see the market to trade down being very good this year unless some team is desperate to take shidder or someone like Graham falls in the draft.

They aren't a WR away, but they have a young promising QB that is supposed to be their franchise player. They have a terrible WR room and need to get him some help so that he can start building good habits. It's something both the Eagles and Dolphins did and their QBs made big jumps.

Patriots have an abundance of salary cap, so I don't think AJ Brown would be more expensive than trading up for Hunter.

edit:
I hope they end up trading down and can pick up Tet and one of the riskier OT talents like Banks or Ersery. I don't think there are any blue chip prospects in the draft and getting stuck at 4th and not needing to risk it on a QB is in a tough spot.

That makes sense. I guess it depends how they view hunter. There have been rumors saying that they’re high on him if you bother listening to all the draft rumblings, but who knows. I just think even though the Pats would probably have to give up at least a 3rd rd pick, maybe more to move up a couple spots, you would be getting a guy a lot cheaper than AJ, plus without the miles and injury history, and fits in the mold better of a team still developing. So if they think Hunter has top ten potential at wr (who could also help on defense), then I think it would be tempting.

But I also like Tet for the Pats cause it gives them something different than Diggs and Pop, which is a bigger wr who can grab contested balls, and he wouldn’t cost any draft capital. But I also don’t think they could go wrong building in the trenches which will help the young qb as well. They should also look to upgrade at rb in the first 3 rounds because Stevenson is one of the most frustrating and inconsistent players to watch in both production and usage.

What playing for the Jaguars does to a man.

Damn, only 35 still. He could have been playing and making millions this whole time. Him and Josh Gordon are 2 of the biggest wastes of talent. Hopefully they can overcome their substance abuse problems and nothing tragic happens.

It should be obvious at this point they keep doing shit like this every so often simply to keep his name relevant. It's the only way to keep the grift going.
