I'm really starting to understand how much stress and sleep affects my weight via fluid retention. One night of shitty sleep and I immediately start lugging a spare tire around - a good night's sleep and I lose 1kg of waterweight alone, surplus regardless. Fascinating stuff.

Obviously tracking has been zilch over the weekend as I've been to Gothenburg... but I've had the best weekend in three years, and ironically with all the mental decompression I haven't put on any weight despite the lack in tracking. If anything, all the leisure has caused me to shed waterweight like crazy.
On my way back I have four numbers to play with while I return to southern Sweden for six weeks, and the memory of an unleashed torrent of jizz on the chest of a very well-endowed 19-year old. It's been a good weekend.
