Is the BBJ being taught today in BJJ schools are the same style as the once that Gracie families are teaching?

It's hard to say without knowing what schools you're talking about specifically, but basically, yes. However, the art has evolved, and most teachers will probably be adding newer techniques and bits from other grappling styles.

Don't you mean BJJ? You said BBJ twice as if there's a different. But to answer your question, no there isn't a difference between GJJ and BJJ. Just make sure to not get caught saying Grac*e jiujitsu or Rorion might sue you.

Did a school that wasn't started by the Gracies get sued for using the term "gracie" instead of "brazilian" ?? Not sure what you're talking about here but I have a good guess.

no they are the same, but the gracies like to emphasize less on points. i think its stupid how they call it gracie jiu jitsu though, there are so many none gracies doing tons for the sport
