dietary supplement?

what would you guys suggest for a guy who is trying to lose some fat and get firm, i dont want to get big just get firm and have muscle show but not gain weight in muscle mass?

iif need anymore info to decide?

what would you guys use?
 
I would use proper diet and exercise
 
There's nothing you can take that magically makes you lose weight other than tons of steroids. You're going to gain some muscle and going to have to work out a bit for them to be effective, though.
 
im sorry i did not mean just takeing the pills, i do workout on mondays,wed,friday and light on saturdays
i also do muay thai on mondays and wed, submission grappling on thrusdays and tuesdays
 
Cut out refined sugars, eat good carbs, and up your protein. Whey in the A.m, a protein bar before workout, and a carb/protein mix post workout. Casein (cottage cheese) or another slow digesting protein at night. Also to burn fat, interval training and sprint workouts have done wonders for me.

thank you for the start up, but i cant have any milk or anything like that, i go die if i do haha
 
Eat lots of protein and lots of green veggies and don't drink drinks with calories. Ways to diet properly is covered extensively in the FAQs.

yeah i just drink water now...non lactate milk also
