Im going for holidays for a week and everything is reserved regarding food. But there is only breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have no idea what type of food will be there.
Currently Im on a slight caloric deficit (200-300 kCal) to cut slowly. Taking about 2700 calories in everday and about 180-200 grams of protein. Ive improved my physique a lot recently thanks to that and Im feeling in the best shape of my life , I dont want to let it go away in one week.

What are your ideas? Should I bring something there with me to eat? If yes what? Or should I buy something over there?

If you're that concerned, sure.

If you have an idea of the cuisines offered in the place, you can make a guess. I'm guessing alot of it will be high in fat and sodium. Unless you're going to drink (alcohol) alot, then thats empty calories or minimal carbs.

The worst case scenario you have is, you eat 2000k over your maintenance each day over there, and you'll gain about 4lbs of fat.

You've had some good self-control being on a deficit for awhile, so I'm going to assume you'll be able to handle yourself on vacation without YOLO-ing on calories.

You can't undo all the good in a single week.

Enjoy your holiday, eat, drink and be merry etc then just return to your diet when you get back.

Sort of, if he eats 10k calories every day over there, he's going to gain around 4lbs. Since TS' on a cut, that would be 4 weeks of work.

Let your diet take a holiday and experience the local food. It's one of the best things about traveling.

Actually, Im worried I will not get enough calories in. Mainly protein-wise. I hope there will be the type of cuisine where you can pick whatever you like and how much you like, so I can get 3 big 800 calorie meals a day and some snacks in between. Im also bringing some protein bars and Im thinking about also bringing my whey protein .. but I dont want to overdo it, I read that daily recomemded dose is 2 bars or 2 scoops of protein.

Also what about training? Should I take a week completely off? There will be a gym but it looks like a modern fitness gym with mostly machines.

Yeah Im thinking about that approach.
But Im wondering, what would happen to my body, if I wouldnt train for one week straight and eat just about 100 grams of protein, about half of what I eat now. How the body reacts/adapts? Would I lose muscle/strength?

Nothing will happen. It's 1 week.

I guess... I don't think I have ever eaten 10k calories on a single day in my life. Maybe 6-8k on a huge binge but doing 10k for 7 days in a row... damn. How could someone even move shoveling that much in?

I guess if that is even a remote possibility for TS then he shouldn't completely throw the diet away but damn... do people apart from the super morbidly obeast actually do that in real life?

I just usually do 5mins bodyweight (50 pushups, 50 dips, 50 crunches) in the morning and at night and enjoy the rest of the day. 10 minutes per day is ok but you are there for a holiday after all.

^^^
That and enjoy your holiday and just be moderately mindful. One week shouldnt hurt.
Drinks should be triple distilled or better imo. So like a good vodka. Not that smirnoff shit.

Hey , with my opinion you have to bring that things that can be present in your daily diet. because if again your weight should be gained then , that is not a profitable thing for you. so you just bring your thing along with you. can you give me some idea about how can i loose my weight because after pregnancy i really gained a lot. so , any suggestin about that ?? any diet plan??

Its a week, dont worry, you wont fall apart, in fact splurging a bit will probably do your matabolism dome good and ramp it up after living in a caloric deficit. Be free, just dont go overboard (pardon the pun) and you will be fine
