Who wins?

There's already been a death in BKFC, in the short amount of time they've been up and running in the States, whom I made a thread for with huge concerns over his health prior to his passing.

Here. they are still making unbelievable mismatch fights.

They should be stopped, and shame on the commission that is sanctioning this shit.

diego will come in shredded on TRT. like chris leben and alan belcher.

belcher looked nothing like this in his late 20s, thru mid 30s. wait till you see diego.

Well this is a wild pairing lol. I'm still surprised BKFC managed to get Trout. Dudes on the tail end of his career sure, but he's as legit as they come.

Nobody here thought Lobov won more than a round.
the GOAT doesnt even need to win rounds to win, remember that

i hope Diego survives this. i dont think he will win but hey if he does ill be happy as hell

I just don't get the thought process behind this one. Yes Trout is 37 but as of today he's ranked 9th by the IBF, and the WBA have just moved him up to 6th for some reason.

Presumably he can still make better money in boxing without having to take bare fists to the face.
He probably sees Diego as light work and sadly i don't disagree. I really hope that i'm wrong and he at least keeps it competitive and doesn't get hurt.

i don't understand why trout would do this either. does BKFC pay that well?

to be fair, diego would probably have a hard time beating a random guy from the crowd watching this horseshit, and i'm legitimately afraid he will get seriously hurt in this fight. maybe trout just figures it's an easy payday to get in there and land 10 clean punches, celebrate the KO, and go home.

diego couldn't even box that well in MMA, he's been brutally KO'd a bunch of times, and trout is still legit. people will point out paulie and artem, but paulie had been retired for years and had fragile hands, while lobov has a thick head. when trout lands cleanly on diego, sanchez is kissing the canvas.

Looks like Trout battered Diego for 4 rounds pretty easily and bad. Dropped him a few times too. Dr. stoppage

Man I hope Diego is alright in a few years. Besides that Darren Elkins dude I don't think many if any have taken the overall amount of trauma/damage for extended rounds for an extended career that Sanchez has.

Luis Palomino wants to fight Trout? Dude struggled against a smaller boxer Dat Nguyen let alone Trout

i watched the card last night, it was actually pretty damn good.
trout looked very comfortable in there with diego, he just played with him the entire time and dropped him. cut him up terribly, looked like diego had been attacked by a pit bull.
he will destroy palomino.

I thought Diego would make a fight of it.

Deaths happen in mma and boxing too. It's unfortunate but it's part of the risk you take when stepping in the ring. He died a warriors death. If he had any family I hope they're okay.

Yes, they do. But at the high level in modern times, not so much. In fact no death has ever happened in the UFC, PRIDE or any major MMA promotion.

BKFC is fun to watch, but they put on complete mismatches, it's no wonder a death unfortunately happened under their org only a few years after they went mainstream.

How are you going to match make an entirely new set of rules and make it fair? You aren't. In theory Diego Sanchez can clinch and beat up Austin Trout but Trout is way better as a pure boxer. Even in the clinch trout bodied Diego
