Diego Sanchez vs Al Iaquinta

Who else thinks this has the makings of a war? It would be solid fight for Iaquinta 's return, and if he were to get the win over Sanchez it would be a win over a big name, and would propel him into some big fights, same could be said for Diego as if he were to beat Iaquinta it would be a win over a highly touted prospect that everyone has their eye on.

Makes all the sense in the world if you ask me, and I think this fight would gift from the JBG

Ehhh I think it would be pretty boring and Al would probably just outpoint him. Diego finally had a gameplan in his last fight though but I think they reserve Sanchez for bigger fights. If you look at his last couple fights he has fought all big names which Al isn't.

no. diego vs guida, siver, or sam stout if he wins. i have no interest watching my favorite old fighters get beat by the newer guys.
