So in your opinions who are the fighters retired or still active that had the most potential and ability to be champions but for one reason or another they have never reached the top ?

Glover, Gus, Joey B, Ken-Flo, Mendes, maybe Jacare

basically guys that had to contend with a kingpin that is dominant

Rampage in Pride, obviously he wont outside the org but Wanderlei was his kryptonite.

Jacare is an obvious choice.

Gray Maynard also really came up short.
