I believe Caio Magalhaes was fired for spitting blood at Josh Samman a few years ago, but that was clearly intentional. I don't think that was the case in this fight. His nose was toast and he was completely spent.

I agree 100%. I think he just took a big breath and accidentally sent blood everywhere. He was too underwater to even muster an angry blood spit. Plus, his body language wasn't angry, but resigned.
