Lol he was sorta outclassing Lopes on the feet.

Didn't matter though. I knew the big moments were too much for these Fighting Cans and that he would lose his focus and fumble it hard, which he did in spectacular fashion right onto that Lopes killshot lol.

Guys like Lopes who will go hard with you like that and still be composed underneath it all are the real dangerous ones.

Not talking about just the ending, and not saying it wasn't a good performance by Lopes regardless. But you can be outclassing someone decently enough and still get sent home in a bag by someone who also knows what he's doing. Lopes is a huge threat no matter what's happening.

I've also picked against the Fighting Cans in all three of these last losses of theirs, so no fake glasses for me haha. BSD slaughtering overrated Ruffy was the highlight for me haha.

If Diego hadn’t won by KO in the 2nd round he’d have been up 20-17 when the round ended.

Yeh, I agree on that score absolutely. I think it would have been just as bad in later rounds if it had gone on as well. Jean was losing his composure and starting to wing big stupid shots. He winged himself right onto a Lopes elbow, but if he hadn't, he would have just kept doing it and wasting energy. Would have been a tired sitting duck in later rounds.

Coping with what? My boy won and I got paid lol. That ain't sad, my guy. That's a good day at the office for me haha.

I still can't believe the rumours coming out of that camp were that Ruffy had the best TDD of that whole team. Now I'm kind of wondering if it is true, which is a scary thought for the future of that team

If Ruffy has the best tdd of all the Nerds then there is no hope for that team at all lol.

He said on a podcast that he knew he had to train tdd and that he dedicated his life to it from like age 15 or something. And yet he got mauled and finished with ease by a guy hasn't been training all that long and doesn't have some wrestling base.
 
Diego is a great fighter, I was very impressed and even surprised that Volk was able to pull that one off. That win will definitely age well for Volk and proves it wasn’t a late career cherry pick for a belt like some others.

Apart from that he outstruck him. Not my fault if you're too smoothbrained to understand being knocked out doesn't mean you lost all of the striking.

Probably the Topuria Generation. If you can't go undefeated, you're a can apparently. I thought going 5-0 in the UFC and getting into the top 10 meant you were a decent fighter. But I guess I'm too old.
