Did They Just Manage To Ruin The Site Even More?

It's a step in the right direction. They separated user info from the body of the message, but user info still needs work - it's too loose, to much wasted space, it could be easily shortened by half!
And the message box needs work too - what's with the message text background being different from the surrounding area background? That used to be for quoted messages and it made perfect sense.

But what bugs me the most - admins were able to login during the update period. Did they see this abomination and think it was OK to release it like that to us? Did they think we, the plebs, would just lap up the shit they shovel in front of our faces?

P.S. edited: and that stupid popup after posing the message needs to go. it's confusing and serves no purpose.
Sherdog admins: I like this new mobile layout better. Never change.

Admin did not release this, despite what many continue to think forum admins have no control over updates, they do not have Super Admin access to control these things, that is for tech. They were as blindsided by this as everyone else, they did not have any access or notice about this particular software version, there was nothing to log into, there wasn't an "update period", this version was just pushed out in one go (basically a page refresh was the update), there wasn't any down time needed to push it. When it did "launch", that is when it fucked eveything up and that's when tech shut down the forum for a day to get it in some working order (I know, I know).

You have such a thankless job. This is why I've never accepted modship.

that, and the fact that I was never asked

I didn't complain about the two-factor verification, but I have to admit, this new format is horrible to try to read posts. Trying to figure out the difference between original posts, replies, and signatures really makes it difficult to read or even want to click on a thread anymore.

You guys need to get @Drunken Meat Fist on the job. That guy can probably sort this shit out within minutes.
