I'm on the fence about something schaub said. Since I see a lot of black commentators, analyst, reports, etc....I see that most are pretty good at what they do. Like in the UFC, DC, Woodley, Yves all do a great job. They have a particular personality good for TV. It's not about white or black to me. There's other good white guys in the game too.
I also think the sports world is pretty diverse based on who is placed in front of a tv. One thing we have to remember is there are more white people in america. We should expect to see more white people in most of the professions across the spectrum. So it's hard to just say, man they are racist they put 7 out of 10 white guys up there and only 3 blacks...when Whites make up 60-70 percent of the population. If we're talking about former athletes, there should be more black representation in sports like NFL,NBA, and more whites in MLB and hockey. MMA and boxing is more of a melting pot. I tend to think it's pretty diverse.
I'm just for it being a free for all, who's the best in that particular professions, is it more whites? Ok let's judge them on their skill level. Is it more blacks....? ok same thing.
