No it was Schaub's own doing all the way. And its wasn't just 1 stray comment that jeopardized his career. Schaub continued to run his mouth about Yves, Bryant, Woodley etc. again after a week and suggested that they were insecure black people who couldn't hack it. But it looks like Schaub could be talking about himself and his own insecurities since he is a sub par MMA analyst anyway.

I used to actually dislike Callen and enjoy Schaub more, but time and time again Callen shows more sense when discusding MMA.

You seem to be on the right track, but on a cursory closer inspection, you are NOT.

One thing you are overlooking is the fact that sports media has quite a few EX-ATHLETES among their ranks. So, the population your comment refers to, with 14% black representation, should instead be replaced by a smaller population (ex-athletes and professional journalists) which will result in a MUCH HIGHER percentage of blacks.
