I think whatever nutrition plan during cutting and pulling water has been working good for Dustin. He used to look a little flat, now he looks like a welterweight at 155.
I already made a thread asking this question and these fucking idiots didn't get it. But I was thinking the same thing. Some guys don't carry power in thier natural weight class. PORIER gained power and stamina coming up. Phil daru helped that boy come up in weight proper 12. Connor on the other hand sticks to a hypertrophy program year round, barely cuts weight and bicycles and plays touch butt in the park, and the power simply did come with him. They need pay these fighters to take falls if they want to keep the cash cow relevant. So maybe they will with the trilogy? And if so why? Just seems to me that Poirier is more powerful at 155 and McGregor really hasn't been. What would be the cause for the discrepancy? Again, it's just my "impression", haven't analyzed this in any scientific rationale.
