Session took 10 mins, focusing on breath only. This is nice, seperating your mind from nonstop thoughts that bugging. I'll continue doing this.
Sherbros who does it always, what are the benefits?

I find it helpful to do things that don't leave you with time to think about the bad shit that pissed you off and to create a wider length of time betw the bad shit and the present. Eventually you forget or it'll be harder to stay in your thoughts.

You need to get laid brother

Stick to it.

Focus, non-distractability

Controlling your own mind not letting your mind control you, which most people have little of.

Ability to control urges

Self-discipline

Body awareness

Ability to direct thought and manage emotion better

Maybe enlightenment one day

I fucked this korean woman yesterday....sort of a mix between dianne ladd (sp?) and Envy (90s porn star) and then I had dinner with my sister after... she asked me if I was wearing cologne or something.... I think she smelled that korean pussy on my face..... i really went to town

Good to see you back, RS.

On topics, I dabble in meditation. Usually just 5 minutes in the morning. I do think it helps me stay balanced, to a degree. Mostly promotes calmness, cognition, etc.
