Once you start believing in the hocus pocus, your career goes downhill. The good fighters are the ones who take a no BS approach to fighting.

A fight is a fight. That means you spend time sparring, punching, kicking, you know, things you actually do in a fight. No god is gonna help you then Fedor. No hypnotist is gonna help you then Miesha.

You want to build mental strength, do it effectively like Jon Jones. Visualize the fight, don't go to a hypnotist who tells you some BS.

All i got out of watching that was I am in the wrong line of work,

Just buy a couch, pocket watch, print off a couple of PHDs and young women will stroll into my office and do everything i tell them to do.

Any time I see hypnosis stuff it reminds me of that episode of Ed Edd n' Eddy :D

Can't believe people pay for that shit

She's never struck me as being the sharpest tool in the shed.

Tell that to Cowboy. After Pettis whooped him he started seeing a sports psychologist. Work out well for him.

Whatever works for you. I doubt she's a "hocus pocus" believer. It's psychology.

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy work, it's not just random shit.

Id say there's little difference in "jones visualizing the win" and someone using hypnotherapy to also "visualize the win". Just two ways of getting to the same spot. If hypnotherapy gets their head in the right space for fighting, keeps them relaxed and helps them "visualize the win", then it's serving its purpose

Start believing in Jesus Christ, do some coke and drink and drive, break a few pregnant women's arms, smash your car and run...

... but DON'T USE HYPNOSISIS, that's just wrong.

better then going on 'The Ellen show' and crying about it.

Why does she feel the need to trick herself? That's what hypnotism is. Tricking your mind. To each their own, I guess. I like to change the old fashion way. By trying.
