did everyone forget about raphael assuncao?

Dude beat Easton and then Dillishaw. Then Dillishaw beat Easton and because Assuncao was injured got the shot. Tj obviously then pulled off the miracle and is now king. But what about the guy who already beat him and like 4 guys since then? Anyone else feel like Raphael is the real sleeper in the division?

He would have got the next shot (Cruz was injured) but got injured himself

Next shot is reported to be Barao rematch

He was definitely worthy of a title shot but the Barao rematch was a bigger money fight. That obviously didn't work out, maybe they would've been better with Rafael than having Soto step up.
