Did Cyborg pull out of mundials?

I checked the mundials brackets for him and his name was just crossed over. Does this mean he didn't show up?

If so, does anyone have any information why?

I believe he won his first match and had to pull out due to an injured hand. Apparently it was injured going into the tournament and got worse.

I saw him walking around with his right hand taped up so I am assuming the same thing

I saw a post of his on Instagram I think showing his hand wrapped in ice mentioning that he would not be able to continue due to a break in his hand
