This is nothing new, Conor didn't make this up. A lot of people follow it. I think it has value personally. Calling it BS is silly. If anything I think Conor has maybe gotten away from that mindset, he doesn't talk about it as much lately and usually is just trashing guys and talking about money.

I think just Bisping has stayed totally the same. I think the trash talk has amped up since Conor...most ppl just dont have the chops for it.
