and the answer is no, he did not tap. It may have looked like a tap, but the ref decided it wasn't.
 
dang, Rashad proved to be a level above Chael.
While I did think that before the fight, I am sure didn't see him tapping in the first minute of the fight...

Agreed. It's strange to me how people insist it's worse tapping to strikes than getting brain damaged, even when you're hopelessly losing anyway.
