I know, I know...Ya do know how he got that right? lol
Too bad ole Lou didn't know about nolvadex. lol
I don't understand how hard can it be to take some nolvadex in pct...
There is another possibility .
Usually the surgeon removes almost all of the gland but leaves a thin/ small amount to sustain the shape of the nipple and chest . The problem with this is that the persons is still at risk of getting gyno again if the gland is reactivated. Some surgeons believe the nipple could die completely with full gland removal .
That being said I believe some surgeons are now performing full gland removal which should in theory mean there is no risk of gyno returning but aesthetically it looks worse as the area can become concave or indented.
I'm guessing Brock opted for full removal .
*caber also hahaUnless it's prolactin...oops. Now you're a walking pharmacy.
Shouldn't be any issues staying on top of all that day to day![]()
Maybe but you can achieve a good look by keeping the gland . Clearly it's most likely for people that want to carry on juicing without the risk of getting the tittiesNothing looks aesthetically worse than a pair of saggy man boobs. I'd rather have the gland removed completely instead of having gyno.
He's not flexing in this pic.![]()
Clearly he has just look at this. I know it's not exactly the same angle but obviously you can see no indentation at all here and tons of it at present.
For someone with as much money as him it looks a shocking piece of work he's had done
