It certainly looks like it to me .i was thinking the same thing during the weigh in face off with hunt. From the side you can see some serious indentation.

He might have developed it during cycle Or possibly a rebound effect after pct . It happens a lot .

More than nolvadex. He should've upped the letro or aromasin

Yeah. But I don't get how a guy as rich and high profile as him would go to such a crappy surgeon to get butchered. I've seen surgery results that looked perfectly natural with no craters at all.
