Lukes psyche is permanently Tiger Woods damaged . You know in his mind, especially taking Bisping on short notice with how the previous fight went with him. That he never even for a second legitimately thought what happened , could happen.

Does he just keep mentally telling himself it was a fluke or will he be man enough to realize, his cockiness brought about his demise. Either way can he;anyone, mentally come back from that. He still hasn't recovered from Vitor, even after he had the belt, he still obsessed over it.
I'll admit I thought he would defend easily against Bisping and probably be able to hold off Jacare and Weidman.

Maybe his ego is strong enough combined with his narcissism. That it will pull him through this quagmire.

I think he's gonna become this anomaly of self destruction and never perform at the championship level again.

Michael Bisping would be a scary person to have trapped in your head to escape from.

He just seemed in denial of what happened.

Thoughts and prayers go out to Luke for his situation with his Dad. I feel bad for him.

I doubt it. Luke's so cocky he probably really believes Bisping got lucky.
 
USADA broke something in Luke. But I won't say what.

Luke will be fine, he got KTFO but it's not like he got completely outclassed first a la Rousey/Holm. Although Rockhold is a little too arrogant, Ronda's ego was on a whole different planet.
 
He didn't destroy his psyche. Rocksalt wants nothing more than a re-match.

Ronda went AWOL and still isn't sure if or when she will ever return.

There's no comparison.

Oh hell no..Holly did severe mental damage,Bisping wasn't even close :)
 
I don't know much but based on the fact that his dad died a few days later, I guess Rockhold must have been really distracted that week with his father's illness or something. More than the loss, the way Luke acted before, during and after the fight was surprising, as if he didn't really care either way. I don't think you'll see Rockhold this bad again.

Nowhere near Rousey in terms of avoiding media and the public. But then again, as much as I would dislike it, Ronda could come get her belt back, defend it many times, and be annoying as hell (*cringes*). And so could Luke (*cringes again*). So their situations could end up being a little alike.
 
He went on a tear after the Vitor loss. I feel sorry for his next few opponents tbh.

If anything it just pissed Rockhold off. He won't come in to his next fight with his hands at his waist.
