Did Ben and Henry use roids to become batman and superman?

They have access to the best PT's, no day jobs to worry about, people to buy their food and prepare it for them and the motivation to huge up for the role.

If they're getting some help from their chemist, I wouldn't be vaguely surprised. Not like they have piss tests or anything.

Would be interesting to find out what kind of shape you could get into given the advantages they have.

This is correct.

I was thinking about starting this very topic just recently but my ADD brain quickly forgot all about it. I think there are a lot of very obvious juicers in Hollywood these days aside from the old school roiders like Stallone, Schwarzennegger and Lundgren etc we've got a new wave of actors getting themselves in ridiculously jacked shape for movie roles. Dudes like Tom Hardy, Jackedman, Hemsworth, The Stath, Chris Evans, Cavill and now Affleck all prime suspects imo. Especially when they say shit like I put on 20 - 30lbs of lean muscle in 3 months I'm like yeah and most importantly you did it with a little assistance from the dark side of the force

 Just an observation and I'm not knocking them for it, if there was a few million dollars in it for me I'd bang that shit in my butt without a moments hesitation.

Look at Sean Penn of all people these days. He's in some movie on Netflix now, I didn't watch it but just in those 2 or 3 pics they show of the movie the guy looks pretty fuckin yoked I don't remember him ever looking like that. And he's gotta be in his 50s.

Read Henry carvill refused to take steroids. This isn't the original article I saw but same info

http://www.comicbookmovie.com/superman/henry-cavill-refused-to-take-steroids-for-man-of-steel-a81171

To be fair, he could hardly say anything else, could he. "Yeah, I've been necking drugs like a mad bastard for the last 6 months, it's why I look so much like a comic book drawing now" ain't the PR they were looking for.

Maybe he didn't, fair play to him if he kept clean, but I have my suspicions. Difficult to feel too much faith when the likes of Tom Hardy, Snipes and all our favourite 80s bodybuilder-turned-"actors" we're shovelling down chems like there was no tomorrow.

I would annihilate Affleck in a streetfight

"Man has muscles. Must be steroids"

-Guy on couch.

Nah it's really the opposite. It's those of us that work out that know just how damn difficult it is to put on 20-30 lbs of lean muscle within a few months. Now factor in that some of these guys are in their mid 40's. Now factor in that at least in Affleck's case he now has bitch tits and a sad, lethargic demeanor:

I mean come on, man! It doesn't get any more obvious than that.

That being said, I'd do it too in their shoes. Why the hell not? Absolutely I would.

And you know what else? Let's say Batman/Bruce Wayne was a real person. Would he NOT take massive amounts of steroids to make him mean as shit and strong as an ox when beating hardened criminals to a pulp? I bet he would.

I would say a lot of these actors do...The Rock, Sly, Jackman, Thor, Evans, Cavill...all yes, but not sure about Affleck.

I don't know. I'm sure most do. But some peoplea just have good genetics. Putting on a half pound of muscle a month is easy for me to do, as long as I work out. But for my brother, it's pretty much impossible. My dad looked like a fucking super hero well into his 50s. He never juiced. He just played racquetball and hit the weights once in a while, while not even giving a shit what he ate.

There's also the small matter that Henry Cavill is one of the worst actors in gainful employment, so he's got plenty to lose if he can't cut the mustard as Soops.

Incidentally, Superman The Movie is currently on TV now, and it's reminding me just how brilliantly Chris Reeve was as Kent/Kal. Two entirely different characters, played completely naturally, plus he absolutely looked the part in the costume. Cavill looked decidedly awkward in that over-shiny suit in the recent film.

Reeves was trained by David Prowse, Darth Vader himself, for the role of Superman. He trained for two months, several hours a day and doubled his food intake. He put on 14kg of muscle to his naturally skinny frame.

Ben said he put on about 1 or a half pound each month. And that it was very hard to do. I am leaning toward him maybe being clean.

But i almost 100 % sure that Henry did juice.

Affleck is mid forties dude, far more likely to have tweaked a little than prime Brit Cavill.

If they didn't, they should.

It doesn't hurt anybody

Haven't seen it but I can tell you Cavill did use for the first superman movie he was in.

Don't hold it against actors though, they aren't pro sportsmen or natural bodybuilders, who cares if they juice, makes their physique more impressive on screen.

Yeah they all "bulk up" for roles and come out looking larger/more ripped than the average pro athlete. Prime GSP looks less impressive than current Zac Efron. As if fucking Effron has GSP's genetics or work ethic.

People saying "it's not like it's captain America super serum, you still have to train" as if trainings hard when you are on grams of gear.

honestly the best example is Mark Wahlberg and the Rock for pain and gain. You cant get that naturally massive that quick from just eating and protein shakes.
