Lies! He's fighting mayweather

Painstakingly stupid that this fight was ever made to begin with.

Oh well. The lead up to it should be just as legendary as the first time.

Didn't Dana just say a few days ago that the fight wasn't going to happen because of Diaz's demands?

Not as stupid as people trying to pretend that it isn't the biggest fight in the UFC right now and that it would be utterly foolish to throw it away

And the fight will be exciting as well.

No one is pretending that it isn't the "biggest" fight in the UFC though. The problem lies with the fact that it was clearly made to generate money and doesn't make an iota of sense otherwise. People have been saying that for months.

All of the sudden some people are okay with UFCs shitty matchmaking. Funny that.

Smh. I'm a Conor nuthugger but I'm over all this shit now. Just defend the belt.

Diaz by sub, it will be more decisive this time too.

Glad they're giving the fans--I mean the fighter what he wants...

Meh. I hope they have some entertaining shit-talk along the way, because I really don't give a shit about this pointless rematch.

Prize fighting has always been about money. And actually, given the debate over who deserved the FW title shot more, Aldo or Frankie, it makes sense for them to fight to decide. Meanwhile Conor can try to avenge his loss against a late notice opponent that he didn't actually need to fight at all, and in doing so leave the possibility of a return to a LW title shot open as well depending on how it all pans out.
