Hey guys, I'm 1.85 (6"1) and 100kgs (~220lbs). I want to go down to 80kg, so lose about 40 pounds. I can't go to the gym because I work a lot and would be almost impossible, but I do walk 7-10 km (5-7 miles) a day. I also take pretty good care of my diet and stopped eating crap since a few days ago, already lost 3 and a half pounds.
With these being said, I want to ask you if taking DHEA (a pill a day) would help me lose weight and be more active? Anyone tried taking it? Is it any good overall (not just losing weight)?
