News On the Day of His Retirement Jon Jones Charged with Fleeing the Scene of an Accident in Albuquerque, NM (Update W/ Cam Footage).

i feel sorry for his wife...
Fiance*.

Thats some weird relationship status, him and Mcgregor have spent years "engaged" to their women with kids yet they dont seem to have the least intent in getting married, thats not a thing in my country, living together with kids is quite common, but the whole "fiance" thing does not exist, you are married or you dont.

Is he even still with his wife?

So he had this chick at his house doing shrooms with him and she was cool with that? He decides to just go to Thailand and slam drugs and ladybois for a few weeks and that's cool too?

In the words of the wise man and generational wordsmith Tito Ortiz...

"Just to correct you, there was never no marriage."

As far as I know, while they have at least 4 children together, Jon and his baby mama have never been married. It is possible that they are legally common law married, but as of fairly recently he was still calling her his "girlfriend" or "fiancée" but never wife.

Quite a guy he is.
McGregor and Jones are competing to see who can have the longest engagements ever. Although, in Jones case, having just looked at his wiki, it seems like she finally took off for good.

This is a weird case.
The woman is apparently used to partying with Jon and driving home alone (drunk)
This night she shat herself and claims Jon drove her home to get new clothes.

The woman told police that she arrived at Jones' residence at 11:30 p.m. and initially "expressed reservations about consuming alcohol with Mr. Jones, citing previous incidents where she alleged he forced her to drive home while intoxicated.

She stated that she received assurances that this would not be the case this time, and subsequently consumed alcohol and ingested psilocybin mushrooms" at Jones' house.

Per the police report, following "a restroom incident requiring a change of clothing," the woman then "removed her pants with the intention of having Mr. Jones drive her home to retrieve clothing."
Her next recollection was being at the scene of the traffic accident and the last person she remembered driving the car was Jones.

Jones also reportedly called the woman's phone 13 times and texted her "numerous times" from the time after the crash to the following morning.

When police interviewed him in person, Jones allegedly claimed the woman left his house intoxicated earlier in the day and called him after getting in the crash. He claimed the person she handed the phone to "immediately opened the conversations with unprofessional language, which led him to doubt the legitimacy of the individual's claim."

The woman told police that Jones was the driver of the car and fled the scene on foot.

I love how his lawyer's trying to get out in front of this claiming it's just the cops with an axe to grind.

Is Jon that stupid as to believe the cops can't actually place him at the scene? Impaired driving, uttering threats, and getting caught with a whore. The trifecta of stupidity all neatly packaged in one. If the cops are pursuing Jon, perhaps it's because he asked for it.

Let's see how long it takes Jon's legal team to chew through his retirement nest-egg. Maybe Ms. Jones just stabs him in the dickey-doo while he's sleeping.

I would assume both are avoiding marriage out of a desire to keep their money.

Both of them are rich adultering party boys with established drug use, criminal charges etc.

Both of their baby mommas were with them before they got rich.

Both probably had the woman support them financially at a certain point to help them launch their lucrative careers.

Both would almost definitely look pretty horrible in a divorce case and custody battle.

In each case I would guess their ladies will wind up with enormous child support payments and whether they could get alimony or a significant divorce settlement would depend on the law where they live, particularly how it views common-law marriage.

In New Mexico, common law marriage isn't recognized.

His fiance, or whoever, would get nothing but the child support.

Once again jones ISNT married. His fiancé has been his fiancé for like 15 years. People keep saying she’s his wife. She’s not. And it’s clear the dude has prob cheated on her hundreds of times. Guy is a scumbag.

Dont apologize to him! make #6!

This is America! he aint the boss of you!

He's just in shambles because Tom retired Jon. (without even fighting him)
I realized after I apologized that I was actually right about the situation (Jones was just charged). I vow to you right now that I'll never surrender again!

Exactly. Everyone on FB and IG keep saying his wife. I don’t know if the dude thinks he won’t have to pay alimony is she leaves him if they never get married. Most states that’s not how that works. Not sure about New Mexico. He’s a scum bag.

I mean, what? It's said the woman would say that JJ forced her to drive home herself. Both would be high if they got drunk and did mushrooms. Then she asked not to be the case this time. And then she said she removed her pants to retrieve clothing... That is confusing and weirdly phrased. People don’t typically remove pants in order to go retrieve clothes... unless their current clothes were soiled. If that’s the case, it should’ve been said more clearly, but it's said in a disjointed way...

Memory loss from house —> then crash... so she may have been incapacitated, either from the substances or potentially something more serious. But there's a huge gap there

She stated that she received assurances that this would not be the case this time, that is, her driving by herself under the influence.

So, she made it clear up front: “If I drink, you’re not going to make me drive again, right?”
And he said: No, of course not.
Then she lets her guard down and drinks/uses psilocybin — trusting that agreement.

> Then later: “She removed her pants with the intention of having Mr. Jones drive her home to retrieve clothing.”

... Which again reinforces that he was supposed to be the one driving, not her. Why'd they phrase it as "she removed her pants with the intention of having Jon Jones drive her home" ... And then, "she was sure the driver was Jon Jones after the crash, while she was half naked and he fled on foot... I mean, it was reported she wanted Jon Jones to drive her home and that she took her panties for it... Then there was a black out and the driver was Jon Jones, who then fled the crash accident...

It's all over the place. It could be a misdemeanor or a not really serious thing, more like something that wouldn't warrant jail. Or it could be a pretty disturbing thing. Tho the language is so over the place and the mma media reports occurrences as if they were trolling.

Remember the stuff about McGregor Ireland President? The point I made in that thread (which mods lacking reading skills took to the troll section) was how far fetched things written there was... Almost as if it were being written by someone on mushrooms or that the world is in an alternate reality where cats can fly, Dragons exist, etc...

... Maybe that's why Joe Rogan smokes some weed and appears somewhat high on his podcast... Maybe he realized the MMA world was becoming something so weird that he'd rather be in a moon landing state too....

When was McGregor's rape case reported and judged? This year or last year?

God told him to finger her while he was driving the car as a test of faith, Jon as a good christian had no choice but to obey his lord and savior.

I hope someday my daughter meets a man that loved and respects his wife as much as Jon does.

Damn, and i just posted a few days ago in the Jon retirement thread that i wouldn't even give him 5 months without getting into trouble. Someone please tell me there wasn't betting odds on that, because i would have dropped some serious pocket change on that bet.

You’re just whining, all I see is blah blah blah.
He’s a human being with human faults and if you’re not a complete dork, have no social life, or never do anything exciting you should be able relate and have patience with understanding.
I think it’s good to have consequences but not to be stoned/burned/ruined, unless it’s something that’s on another level.
We need more sherBROS on here sooner than later or it’s gonna have a slow death.
Wait so everyone with a social life doing exciting shit can relate to multiple DUIs, beating the shit out of your GF and cheating on her with strippers and whores?
