Either Oct 7 - 9. Or Oct 14 - 16

Friday night.
The Rolling Stones, and Bob Dylan.
Saturday night.
Paul McCartney, and Neil Young.

If you don't like these bands, or realize the Rock & Roll history here. I don't even want to know you.

what an epic line up

Both weekends sold out in hrs.

I'll be there.

I broke into Coachella back in the day when the chain link fence around the polo fields wasn't so secure.

Sunday night, oh god I need money for that sunday.

Rolling Stones and the Who are a little embarrassing, just being so old and faking the energy. Neil Young is still a solid live act. Bob Dylan may be the live musician I've ever paid to see. His voice is shot, can't carry a tune to save his life.

I hear they're passing these out to all the attendees:

I would love to see Roger Waters.

Just got back from Robbie Krieger, this sounds like an awesome show....

Damn... the two weekends sold out in 3 hrs. With sales from all over the world. They expect to gross $150M. That's crazy shit.

And all I know is I'm gonna be there. It's costing a pretty penny with tickets, airfare, and accommodations. But it really is a once in a lifetime experience.

And the young pups can laugh. But how many of their favourite bands will be touring and still kicking ass in their 70s ? And how many of those shit bands will be in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ?

Desert Trip FTW !
